NEOMAS / LEGAL
Terms of Service
1. Supplier and contracting parties
Neomas is developed and supplied by METAKAIHOS, a sole proprietor trading as Neomas and established in Paris, France. For paid transactions, Paddle is the merchant of record and authorised reseller, and the Paddle Buyer Terms presented at checkout also apply.
2. Acceptance and eligibility
By downloading, installing, purchasing or using Neomas, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter a contract. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail over conflicting terms.
3. Products, plans and delivery
Pelagos is the free personal plan. Mneme is paid software supplied by a subscription billed every four weeks (28 days) or annually. A 14-day free trial requires a payment method. The first charge occurs at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand; subsequent charges renew automatically at the selected interval. Billing every four weeks means 13 payments over 52 weeks. The license is delivered electronically to the checkout email once Paddle confirms the trial or subscription. Daedalus is in development and its waitlist creates no purchase obligation.
4. Subscription and automatic renewal
Mneme renews automatically at the selected every four weeks or annual interval until cancelled. Paddle charges the payment method on file at the start of each billing period. The amount, taxes, interval and next charge are shown before payment and in Paddle communications.
5. Prices, taxes and payment
The product page shows the current reference price in euros. Paddle displays the final currency, taxes and total before payment, processes the transaction and issues the receipt or invoice. Prices may change for future purchases or renewals with any notice required by law.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time using the Manage subscription link in the Paddle receipt email or at paddle.net. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period: access continues until then and no later renewal is charged. Cancellation does not itself refund a completed payment.
7. Refunds and withdrawal rights
Refunds, statutory withdrawal rights, eligibility and request instructions are explained in the Neomas Refund Policy and current Paddle Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable rights.
8. License and intellectual property
METAKAIHOS retains all rights in Neomas, its code, design, name and documentation. Subject to payment, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to install and use the software. Your notes, imported content and original outputs remain yours.
9. Acceptable use
Do not share, resell or circumvent a license key; copy, distribute or reverse engineer Neomas except where law permits; interfere with the service; or use Neomas unlawfully or to violate another person’s rights. You are responsible for content processed and AI-provider compliance.
10. Data and privacy
Your local vault remains under your control. Personal data associated with the website, support, licenses and purchases is handled as described in the Neomas Privacy Notice. You are responsible for backups and for protecting your device and API keys.
11. Availability and changes to the product
Neomas may receive fixes, security updates and feature changes. METAKAIHOS may modify or discontinue features when reasonably necessary while respecting paid access already promised and applicable consumer law. Planned features are not guaranteed until released.
12. Warranty and liability
Neomas is provided with reasonable care but cannot be guaranteed uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, METAKAIHOS is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, failure to back up local files, third-party AI providers or misuse. Mandatory liability and consumer rights are not excluded.
13. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or a license terminated for material breach, fraud, chargeback, unlawful use or security risk, after notice where reasonably possible. Termination does not transfer or delete local files.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. Consumers retain mandatory protections and courts available under the law of their country. Payment, refund and transaction disputes with Paddle are also governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.
15. Changes and contact
Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and notified where required. Questions about Neomas: metakaihos@pm.me. Questions about a Paddle transaction, invoice, cancellation or refund: use the link in your receipt or visit paddle.net.
